If you’re drinking your Sauvignon Blanc on the day of purchase, we recommend chilling it in your refrigerator for a few hours beforehand until it reaches around 70 C or 450F. When you open the wine, keep it in an ice bucket to ensure it is at the perfect temperature.
To keep your wine at its best, store it in a cool, dark place to protect it from damage by sunlight. Don’t wait too long to drink it – it is best consumed within a year or two of purchasing.
